THE NORFOLK STATE UNIVERSITY THEATRE COMPANY
"There's a place that we adore..."
Productions presented by NSU Theatre Company attract some of the largest audiences on campus. In the fall of 2017, we will open the New Brown Hall, which will house a state-of-the-art proscenium theatre, reconfigurable, tension grid studio theatre and an amphitheatre. These magnificent performance venues are in addition to our beautiful 1,500-seat L. Douglas Wilder Performing Arts Center.
Beyond campus, Hampton Roads' boasts numerous theater companies, Broadway touring houses, an opera house and dance companies. A short weekend trip could take you to see some of our Nation's most respected theatres in cities like Baltimore, D.C., Philadelphia and New York City!
